Cancellation Policy

24 hour Cancellation policy Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important and are reserved especially for you. When booking you will be required to add a credit or debit card on file to confirm your appointment. Your information will remain confidential and you will not be charged today. After your service is completed, you have the option to pay with the card you placed on file or cash. If you choose card there is a 3% transaction fee. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please leave at least a 24-hour notice. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, other clients miss the opportunity to fill that spot to receive services. I understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do my best to work with you in certain circumstances. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘NO SHOWS’ happen, your card on file will be charged a cancellation fee. • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment. • ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount. As a courtesy, a text or email is sent to confirm the date, time and address at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You are always welcome to double check any of your appointments. Clients will generally be allowed a 15 minute grace period. After that time, i will call/text to check in on you or cancel/reschedule your appointment. These policies allow the opportunity to alert standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing to provide the best service possible!
